Mushrooms– Your mushrooms need to be washed and their stems removed. You can do that your self or purchase them already prepared from the grocery store.
Meat– We use crab and shrimp for our stuffed mushrooms and it is fantastic! You can use imitation crab as well if it is easier for you to get.
Filling– Add to your grocery list some cream cheese, shredded cheddar, chili powder, butter and garlic.
How to make stuffed mushrooms in an air fryer:

Put the mushrooms and melted butter in a bowl. Toss the mushrooms until they are fully coated in the butter.
Space them evenly in the air fryer and cook for 5 minutes.
While the mushrooms are cooking, beat together the cream cheese with all of the remaining ingredients.

Cook the now-stuffed mushrooms for an additional 5 minutes.
Garnish with parsley and serve!
