These ramen noodles with ground beef are a symphony of textures and tastes, from the satisfying ground beef mixed with the crisp-tender vegetables to the savory homemade sauce. A quick and easy weeknight dinner the whole family will enjoy.

I grew up in California, so in addition to delicious Mexican flavors, I was exposed to a ton of Asian food, as well. I love it. From the first egg roll I had as a kid to all the amazing seafood dishes I ordered as I got older, I was always a huge fan of the flavors of Asia, and I continue to be to this day. One Asian dish I love to make when I have friends and family over is this ground beef ramen noodles recipe. It’s loaded with authentic Asian flavor, and the ground beef is kid-friendly, so I know everyone will eat it. It’s also easy to make, which never hurts, you know? This ramen recipe has been a long-time favorite of mine, and once you try it, it’ll be a favorite of yours, as well!
