Layered with spicy pepperoni and creamy mozzarella and topped with Italian seasoning, this pepperoni bread is the perfect dippable appetizer or side dish.
HOW TO MAKE PEPPERONI BREAD

Step 1 – On a clean, flat surface, roll the bread dough into a rectangle approximately 12×10 inches in size.

Step 2 – Top the rolled-out dough with sliced pepperoni and sliced mozzarella cheese, making sure to cover the dough completely.


Step 3 – Carefully roll the dough from one of the longer sides to form a log. Place this bread log on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Step 4 – With a basting brush, completely cover all of the exposed dough with beaten egg. Sprinkle the top with Italian seasoning and, if you’re using it, Parmesan cheese.

Step 5 – Bake!
Step 6 – After baking, let the pepperoni bread cool on the sheet for 10-15 minutes. Once cooled, cut the bread into slices that are 1-2 inches wide.
Step 7 – Serve and enjoy!

- 1 pound bread dough, fresh or thawed
- 1/4 pound sliced deli pepperoni
- 8 ounces sliced mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, optional
- marinara sauce, for dipping
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, then set aside.
- On a clean work surface, roll out bread dough into a large rectangle, roughly 12×10 inches.1 pound bread dough

- Starting at a longer side, tightly roll dough up into a log shape. Place rolled dough on prepared. baking sheet.
- Using a basting brush, generously coat entire surface of rolled bread dough with beaten egg, then garnish top with Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese (optional).1 large egg,1 teaspoon italian seasoning,1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until bread is baked through.
- Allow pepperoni bread to cool for 10-15 minutes, then slice into 1-2 inch width pieces.
