VEGETABLE– We use Yukon gold potatoes. We’ve found that Yukon gold and russet potatoes work best for air frying, but feel free to experiment with your favorite kind of potato. Yukon gold will produce a soft, yet crunchy fry and russet potatoes give you more of a classic french fry taste.

How to Make Air Fryer French Fries

  1. Clean the potatoes with cold water and a soft brush. Cut into ¼ inch slices. Add to a large bowl of cold water and allow to sit for 30 minutes. potato slices in a bowl of water
