Important Tip

Don’t over mix the batter. Use a wooden spoon instead of a hand mixer and only stir until all dry traces are gone. Over mixing can make your brownies tough, and no one wants tough brownies!

How to Make Air Fryer Brownies

What do I do if I’m not sure what size my ramekins are?

Depending on the size of your ramekins, you will get 4 or 5 individual brownies. You can measure 6 ounces of water in a liquid measuring cup, then fill the ramekin to determine its size.

Ramekins can range in size from 4-ounce to 8-ounce and some even larger.
